Ricz Posted December 25, 2025 Share Posted December 25, 2025 Hi, I'm experiencing random reboots from my Helix Stadium. Happens when changing preset. Not always the same preset. silverhead Posted December 25, 2025 Share Posted December 25, 2025 Two things to try, after booting your Stadium in Maintenance mode and creating a backup: - also in Maintenance mode perform the Reset to Factory Defaults operation. Then, still in Maintenance mode, use the Shutdown button. Restart normally. Test switching presets randomly in the Factory presets. If it still reboots proceed to the next step. If all is OK then restart in Maintenance mode and Restore your backup. Test switching presets randomly in the User presets. If it still reboots proceed to the next step. If all is OK, shutdown in Maintenance mode and restart normally. - if Factory reset doesn’t solve things try reinstalling the latest firmware. Use Line 6 Central to reinstall v1.2.0.
