purptiger Posted April 7 Share Posted April 7 I successfully added 1.3.0 to my Stadium XL. Today I used Helix Central and a usb-c cable to update my unit to 1.3.1. Now the unit is in a reboot cycle and I can't seem to clear it. I went into maintenance mode and reset to factory standards, but not go. Line6 Customer Service says there is no fix and that the unit needs to be returned and they will send a new one. Any ideas on what else I can try? Thanks! What a mess for such an expensive unit. silverhead Posted April 7 Share Posted April 7 Short Story: You’re experiencing a frustrating issue with it. Line 6 is acknowledging that the issue is serious enough to have them offering to replace it. Accept! There’s a real chance here that your device is faulty. Who knows what day of the week it came off the production line somewhere? It could be a lemon with more issues. It happens.
