buizerd Posted May 15 Share Posted May 15 Even though the transfer of WAV files (I have tried all kinds of formats) seems succesful, nothing shows up in my songs section on the Helix Stadium device itself. I have reformatted the SD card, but to no avail. I have tried modifying WAV files to mono, to 16 bit, to 24 bit, to 44KHz, to 48KHz. Also to no avail. Every time the transfer _seems_ succesful (no error messages whatsoever). But nothing appears in my Songs... Please help! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

silverhead Posted Saturday at 08:30 PM Share Posted Saturday at 08:30 PM Weird. I would open a support ticket. Meanwhile you could try reinstalling the firmware. Start up Stadium in Maintenance mode first and Create Backup. Use Line 6 Central to reinstall firmware. Then startup in Maintenance mode again to Restore Factory Defaults, Restore Backup, then Shutdown. Just for completeness I would reinstall the Stadium app as well.
