ProgrammChange: One Step down, one step up

I want to set up two footswitches via the Command Center to send program change commands to an external MIDI device (in this specific case: the Strymon Big Sky MX). One switch should move the program up one step, and the other switch should move it down one step.I had no trouble programming this on the “old” Helix, but I’m unfortunately at a loss with the Helix Stadium.

So the point is explicitly not to send a specific channel-switch command, but rather to send a command that moves the Strymon Big Sky one preset slot forward or backward

Can anyone give me some advice?

I do not have the Big Sky so I can't specifically help.  However, here is a thread with information I discovered about the way the Stadium now uses and controls via MIDI.  Let me and others who read your request know if this is even close to helping you.
