jellevdvegt
Hi, I want to sell my Pod Farm UX 2 and have to deauthorize it so the new owner can use it. Now, on my line6 account I have deauthorized the device, but now it asks me to deauthorize it on the app. So I download the drivers and podfarm app to get to the license manager and deauthorize. But because I use seqoia on mac, the version is too old and there is not an updated version of the app. No I have two problems: 1 How to deactivate my pod farm? 2 How to uninstall this app after I'm done? The uninstaller app is incompatible as well!! Greets Jelle

jellevdvegt
Well, I got this response from line6: Hi, you can remove authorized devices here : https://line6.com/account/devices/ We are sorry, but the interfaces can't be authorized or deauthorized anymore, License Manager is discontinued and Line6 Central does not support UX/GX series anymore : https://line6.com/support/announcement/120-line-6-monkey-and-line-6-license-manager-retiring-on-april-10th-2026/ Important : Any owner will not be able to authorize the interface with the PODFARM2 license in it ! There is no workaround for this with the necessary apps being discontinued removing PODFARM2 and other apps : 1-open Applications/Line6, if you see a Drivers subfolder, use the uninstaller -then delete the apps in Applications/Line6 (or delete the complete Line6 Folder if you don't use Line6 software anymore 2-Library (1) -in the Finder locate your "Macintosh HD" and open Library/Application Support/Line6 and delete all Line6 folders you don't need anymore 3-Library (2, hidden library) -in the Finder open GO in the top menu and press OPTION on your Mac keyboard, a hidden Library entry will appear -open Application Support/Line6 and delete all Line6 folders you don't need anymore Drivers : https://kb.line6.com/how-to-uninstall-line-6-drivers-from-mac-osx Best regards Line 6 /Ampeg Support Europe So basically, you can't authorize anymore, even for new users? Quite a way to treat customers. I payed for a device that is basically just a brick now... Never in a million years will I buy anything from line6 again...
