rchionna
Hi, Do you know if now is supported importing presets / IR purchased on Line6 marketplace on Helix Stadium ? Until some time ago it was unsupported, I really don't understand the reason, since it's only an issue related to encrypted files and not with the preset / IR. I have some presets / IR purchased on Line6 marketplace (I used them on Helix Floor) that I cannot use on Stadium, ridiculous! Thank you very much for any suggestion, Roberto
silverhead
It seems this is not yet supported, per this statement in the manual for the latest v1.3 firmware release: As of this writing, Helix Marketplace premium presets and IRs are not supported. They will be, but unfortunately, we have no timeline to share.
