[Tool] HelixTools: Convert POD Go presets (.pgp) to Helix (.hlx)

Hi all,

Helix LT and Floor prices are dropping hard on the used market right now, making the upgrade from POD Go super tempting.

I recently upgraded from a POD Go to a Helix LT. While exploring HX Edit, I realized there is no direct way to transfer my existing POD Go patches without manually dialing in all the blocks and values one by one.

To save time, I developed a small standalone tool called **HelixTools** to convert .pgp files into Helix-ready .hlx patches.

Key features:
- Runs locally in the web browser (no upload required).
- Converts .pgp patches to .hlx for Helix Floor and Helix LT.
- Transfers supported blocks, bypass states, snapshots (up to 4) with names, and expression pedal assignments.
- Flags IR reminders or complex jailbreak blocks so you know what to check after importing.
