krd44 Posted October 18, 2014 Share Posted October 18, 2014 Hey there, SO I am having problems with my Pod Studio UX1 hardware and the Line 6 monkey. I am actually trying to help my dad install this so he can record.At one point we were able to record a couple of riffs using RiffWorks but now the computer is not detecting the hardware. The error message says that there is a problem with the device driver, and it is not able to fix the problem and I cannot find a manual download online for the driver. I've been reading through the forums and it seems that using Line 6 Monkey would be my best bet to try and resolve this issue but, there is also an error with my monkey program. A couple actually. The first problem is that whenever it detects the hardware, it detects my PodUX1 as a PodxT. I am also not able to login onto my account through the program because it says that it is not able to connect to the network, even though I have a solid connection. I have tried most of the usual things, using different USB ports, reinstalling the programs etc. but nothing seems to work.
