Samitch04 Note this should not be pushing your speakers to sound like crap, if it is, perhaps your input gain is higher than mine. This is a tone i made years ago and i have made some minor improvements. The AMP controls the compressor onoff. The comp is pretty transparent, but adds a little umph. The AMP serves as a preamp, not doing a whole lot besides adding some bass and treble, the EQ has scooped mids boosted highs and lows, giving an overall clean, punchy sound. The STOMP throws on a bit of gain without distortion, really punchy sound. The MOD is a subtle Flanger, and the DLY is a digital dely set to quarter notes (tap the delay length) and is mixed so that it does not muddy up your sound. Enjoy, -Sam 5/3/12

Samitch04 This tone is my all around tone.. it has scooped mids with boosted highs and lows... the eq is set to add overall gain with out crunching the tone up.. the compreser adds just a little kick.. but sounds good with or without i t.. the stopbox is a bass overdrive that dose not distort much at all.. it adds more of a punch when needed.. the mod is a flage that is set pretty low so good for more of a subtle smooth bassline.. and the delay is set to quarternotes and only feeds back one full time before decaying completely... i hope you enjoy this as much as i do 6/27/08

Variax is the uniquely flexibile guitar from Line 6. Our Vetta II amplifier includes a digital connection for the Variax that lets you store settings for both your amp and your guitar in the Vetta II so that when you call up a Vetta Channel Memory your amp and guitar can change sounds together. Vetta II Tones marked with this guitar symbol include this Variax data.

For each tone in the library, you'll see an icon for either a single coil or humbucker pickup. This tells you whether the tone is best for use with a single coil pickup or a humbucker, so you can select the appropriate pickup on your guitar when using this tone.

Attention POD 2.0, Flextone and HD147 owners... Your hardware doesn't do Stomp effects, so you'll hear something different than what was intended. Try increasing the Drive or choose a higher gain Amp Model to get the right sound. The other aspects of the sound should translate as expected, so you'll at least get a great starting place for tweaking.
