POD XT PRO --> ART SLA2 power amp..... low output coming from POD

Hi guys,

I have a PODXT Pro with all the latest updates and firmware. It's going into an ART SLA2 power amp to a stereo 2x12 cab

The signal lights on the ART are not lighting up, despite the fact I tried maxing the levels on both VOLUME and MASTER on the POD. I know it's not a problem with the amp because I verified it with another preamp and the signal lights up fine.

I have tried connecting them two different ways, POD XT XLR outs to the ART's XLR inputs, POD unbalalanced 1/4" outs to ART's 1/4" inputs, yet the signal ligh ton the amp doesn't light up.

I have tried all the I/O settings and the Direct out is the loudest of the options I have there. The green signal light stays on fine when I'm playing.

I've read about several issues of the POD's low signal output. Could this be the case here? What's the fix for this?

Re-amping with PodXT or maybe with Bass PodXT

After many hours, I might have the re-maping thing figured out for a PodXT, iMac OSX 10.6.8, Cubase LE4. But the backing track only plays the right (maybe left) tracks (or backing track play back is panned fully to the right, or maybe the left). I have the latest software and firmware updates for PodXT and Bass PodXT. Is this normal? Does the Bass PodXT do re-maping? I followed Rowbi's video and couldn't get Bass PodXT to re-amp, and did the best I could with PodXT, though only hearing the right channel backing tracks is not ideal.

ASIO Pod XT Live and Aux In

Hi All, I have a problem.

I am trying recording my Garage Band iPad sounds via my POD XT Live Aux In.

I am selecting ASIO PODxt Live as Audio Device Type into ACID Music Studio 9 and, while my guitar is correctly recorded, no sound is recorded from AUX.

Am I miss something ?

Hi y'all. Help needed. Pleeeease! I followed an official Line 6 on-line instruction manual for seting up my racked Bass Pod XT Pro to my Hartke 3500 Head. All I seem to get is noise and low bass output. The noise is practically louder than the output. I am assuming I'm doing something which could be sorted out easily???? I can't work it out though. Anyone?

POD Farm with no xt hookup?

Hi there. I've been incognito for quite some time and recently read somewhere that there is now a way to use my installed POD Farm without using my PODxt as a dongle (did I say dongle?). I haven't been able to locate any info on that. Can someone fill me in? I don't mind routing my PODxt to the puter whilst using POD Farm but it does take up a bit of real estate & I'd prefer not if there's a new (and free) way. Thanks for any help.

I just bought a POD XT Live on eBay and I was wondering what cables will I need (besides the power and usb?)

I have a Fender Strat and a Marshall MG100DFX with an FX Return and an FX Send.

1, Cable from Strat to POD XT Live input

2. Cable from Marshall FX Return to POD XT Live Output Left/Mono

Is this all I need?

Importing Tones to Pocket Pod

I'm looking into getting a Pocket Pod to take with me for playing whilst traveling and have a question for you all: I have a Podxt and quiet a library of sounds that I use for it and was wondering if it was possible to just import those into the Pocket Pod via the Line6 Edit software etc.?

FBV Express MKII Volume Question

Hiya, I've been using a PODxt for years and I'm finally going to get a controller for it, the express mk2.

I want to use the expression pedal as a volume pedal for swells with lots of delay and reverb.

My question is: if I bring the volume up on the pedal and then bring it down completely to cut it, will the reverbs and delays ring out afterwards or does the volume pedal completely cut the output of the POD?

Podfarm tascam 1800 please help

OK guys new here, so I just switched from a pod ux2 to a tascam us1800 I'm running sonar x1 so I updated to 2.55 from posfarm with a fresh install got all my vsts running. But my problem is I want to record in stand alone it simply won't send from podfarm. It sends a clean signal in mono straight from the guitar to the computer. It's like it's bypassing podfarm and I also have gone to preferences and selected my track on the tascam which is 9, the direct guitar in located on the front. Also I still have my ux2 plugged in just for the account verification. Pod farm will play my tones it just won't record them
