I really don't have a clue of what I have to do to make it work! I guess I need the drivers to connect the POD directly to the computer, right? There's any other way to record without microphones on the computer? HELP!

I'm from Brazil, and I bought recently a POD HD 500, and I'm trying to connect it to the computer to record some stuff but it says that there is nothing connected to the computer, the Monkey says that I need to update my drivers, but when I do it, it keeps the same warning that I must update my drivers... The POD HD 500 edit don't recognize it as well, and I don't know what to do! Can somebody help me, PLEASE?
