      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:02640205-3c9f-46ea-9fac-3c049bd766f6] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;the gate will not change your sound / tone,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;it is used if you have a noisey guitar singal / hum.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;it works like a gate on a fence, you can adjust it to open with very little signal, or more signal,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;it will only open when your playing your guitar to let the signal through, once you stop playing, it closes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;shutting off the signal from the guitar to make your amp quite.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:02640205-3c9f-46ea-9fac-3c049bd766f6] --&gt;</description>
