      <title>Connection issue on some new Relay G50/90 units, with resolution</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:6ba001ff-4dfe-4144-8edf-29883c215968] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;h5 class="jive-alert-title" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;It has come to our attention that a small number of Relay G50/G90 systems may have been shipped starting in the wrong RF mode.&amp;#160; This is very easy to resolve.&amp;#160; If your new Relay G50/G90 wireless system&amp;rsquo;s TBP12 transmitter will not connect to its receiver, switch the RF mode by following the procedures below:&lt;/h5&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Turn body pack power on.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Press and hold the "Select" button until the channel number flashes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Press and release the "Value" button while continuing to hold the "Select" button.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Release both buttons when the display shows "RF1".&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Verify by powering off the unit then turning power back on and watching for RF1 to be displayed during the turn on sequence.&amp;#160; Your transmitter will now connect to your receiver.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:6ba001ff-4dfe-4144-8edf-29883c215968] --&gt;</description>
