Now, by looking closer at install, seems that I used the wrong soundcard drivers. I updated them, and all works fine again.

Now Monkey and Line6 edit do not create a fatal error, since the audio card is midi wise working correct again.

So faith in Line6 is restored again, moreover because it wasn't Line6's fault.

Happy again,

Greetz, Rig

Only when trying to run Monkey, this prog also tries to use midi detection, and then the system collapts.

I already tried to move the USB arouond, even tried with all USB not connected, and it fails at the same stage, during midi detection.

Maybe the soundcard's midi function fails?

If anyone has the same problems, let me knwo...

Could the powerstage be suffering from components wich are degrading?

Hi There,

Until now, nothing but thumbs up for my vetta. I played it for two years now (with 1 or 2 4*12 old line6 cabs). I've had a problem with the rotating knobs (on the drive pod), and after putting them in zero position this seems also be solved. But now, at given times, it begins loud crackling and gives a type of ''white noise bursts" suddenly, and 5 seconds later it is quiet again. First I thought of bad cables, for this is what it sounds like, but they are OK.

Also it seems to me (since I use In Ear monitoring now) , this comes only out of the cabs, and is not heard by me on the in ears. Seems that the power stage has a problem . Has anyone dealt with this/experience the same problem? If yes, wat is the solution?

Thanks for looking into my question, greetings from Holland!

Using stomp box control button on double amp setup

So when i press the distortion, it would be nice if it worked on both amps at the same time. Is this possible? (looks very stupid on stage when you are tapdancing before doing a solo, and have to press distortion ''on" , on the two channels...)

Greetz, Rig
