Fav Amp in the POD x3 live

Hey Guys,

Do you have any amp in the POD x3L that u prefer using.

I prefer the VOX Fawn Non Top Boost AC 30 for the drive . I use an Ibanez RG 520

Hi,

I have a POD X3 Live. Ive recently bought a BOSS BD 2, Boss RC 30 and a EWS Little Brute Driver. I normally connect my Boss BD to the EWS Little Brute Drive (Which happens to a True By Pass) then to the X3 Live , then to the Looped and finnally the PA. Im just wondering if the conversion of analogue to digital to analouge will create a loss of sound quality. Is there a way that I could by pass the POD X3 live and have only the EWS or BD2 played when required.

Also Is it possible to pnly have my POD to be used for effects like delay, modulation etc and have everything else True By passed?

I feel that my tone chamges after it goes into the RC 30..... Cause if i unplg it my POD x3 sounds much more better !!

Hi People,

I just purchased a new Boss RC 30 and BOSS BD2.

This is how my connection goes

Guitar ---> Boss BD2 -------> POD X3 Live ------> Boss RC 30----> Amp/PA

Im just wondering will my Stereo Delay/Modulation effects be effected cause of the RC 30.

Also Will the RC 30 affect my tone in the PODX3.. Is there something I could do in order to avoid these problem ?

Will Line 6 give us any more new mosulation effects like the one they did in the past with 12 effects.

if they do, I hope they include a lopper and effects like the ones in Adrenallinn .

Dont you get to see how old your POD x3 is from this website in the 'My Account' page ?

I faced the same problem of the footswitch not working 2 days ago. Patch C and The Tuner footswitchused to give me a hard time.

The guitar shop in my locality sprayed something on the footswitch knowbs without opening the unit. It works perfectly fine now.

Im not sure if that solution is the best but it has worked for me.

Dual Tone

Hi,

Whenever I download any Dual tone patch from the internet. It opens up in Gearbox . After that when I play iy, I can hear the dual only on one side of my headphone.

I have to manually change the studio/direct/mix send on Gear box (Which is always on the left for noth the tones) to Left and right equally everytime an then save the patch .

Is there somethin that Im missing out on ?

Please help
