Low volume while panning right on Ableton 8 - KB37

Hi,

I am having issues while panning right on Ableton8 Line 6 version. The volume output on the left sounds full with bass and volume while panning right, the sounds weak and low. I have tested this with Riffworks as well and also changed cables, but the same problem exists. Could it be a problem with the POD studio KB37 hardware? Please help.

Migration to new laptop

I plan on purchasing a new laptop and would need to re-install POD Farm, Ableton Live 8, Reason and Riffworks on to my new system.

How do I best approach this migration without any licensing hassles? Is it possible to install all these on a Mac too? I am using PC at the moment.

Thanks for those tips! I figured it out.

I selected mic input from the Line 6 midi devices selection (not the pod farm input source) -> increased mic gain on the KB37-> inserted a new audio track on Ableton and enabled it! Worked like a charm!

I could also add Pod Farm as well Pod Farm plugin elements to the track while recording.

Thanks. Could you explain the steps to record audio from microphone using Pod Studio KB37 into Ableton Live 8?

Hi,

Pod Farm (version 2.5) shows mic input with standalone but does not show any mic input (shows only Stereo, Left and Right) inside Ableton 8.

I am using a Shure SM 58. Attached is a screenshot for reference.
