Line/Amp switch on Podxt Live

Hi,

In the user manual it says to select "amp" when you are plugging the xt live into "the front of your amp" or otherwise select "line". Does this mean that if I am plugging into the Power Amp / Effects Return part of my amp I should select "line"? Thanks in advance!

Well I just found an answer that said it depends on the type of amp you are using so here you go:

Crate GFX120 plugged into the "Insert" (power amp IN)

Crate Power Block plugged into "Effects Return"
