Based on my initial thread being marked answered, my support ticket being closed, several others with the same problem receiving no help, my dealer being told "make sure your running current firmware" as help for a dead unit and generally no communication regarding serious problems. That's been my experience.

To be fair, It's tough to higlight the posistive aspects when many people have had theres die within a few days and tech support couldn't care less. My honest review would be great sounds, very versatile, needs about another year being debugged and during that time, the support team can attend a course.

If you've tried all the fixes then it's got to go back for repair/exchange. I wouldn't bother with Line 6 tech support, they couldn't care less about this issue. Apparently it only affects a small amount of users, despite how many people have had the same problem and doesn't deserve a response. Hope you can get it sorted out.

If you've tried all the fixes such as reinstalling firmware in safe mode and the Variax fix, then you'll have to get the unit exchanged. I wouldn't bother re-posting as question as Line 6 don't seem interested in the problem. Just take it back to your dealer.

They're not going to say, they never do. It wouldn't make sense to set themselves a deadline just for the sake of it. As a guess, I would say not for at least a month as we're just coming out of the christmas period.

Same thing happened to me. If it won't go passed the Logo screen, then it's dead and you'll have to have it repaired or replaced.

The other presets are divided into setlists. Press down the knob between save and view to access them.

I wouldn't expect anything over the christmas period, nor would I go with the time frame of past updates as guarantee of if/when they might release something.

Lol, does the name give away that im a fan? I should say that apart from the bugs, the Pod is top notch at that price. Don't want to come across too negative.
