Where to get Jtv 59 replacement plastic knob for switch

Hi , anyone know where or how to get a replacement jtv 59 selector switch knob.( just the little plastic bit that screws on the end ) Gibson lp ones don't fit.

Hi ,I'm interested in knowing others opinions of this as well as I'm tweaking my volumes. I can't hear a difference between the hypothetical "Factory Tele" and "Hot Tele" but I'd still like to know if more sonically astute members can hear a difference, afterall I'm not the only guy in the audience. I'm also curious if there is a difference in the end results due to differing mechanisms introducing or subtracting elements of the sound or if they are different ways to get exactly the same signal (whether I can hear it or not).

Forget it I found it. was in an earlier post For anyone else who's looking open the editor for a patch and check the "Editor" Menu where there is a global string volume for each individual string.

Where in Workbench were you able to adjust the individual Piezo volumes, I've been trying to figure it out because my G string is slightly softer than the others? Thanks

Most of the time it's around 15 seconds. Rarely it's a bit longer and sometimes it takes just a second or two. I'm trying to figure if it has something to do with the amount the battery is charged but even with the battery freshly charged fully it still takes around 15 seconds.

The battery LED's light up immediately but if I push the model knob nothing happens unless I do it after the "Click".I'm using the 1/4" output as well. Maybe from a few more posts I'll get an idea.

I'm having a small issue with my JTV-59, I'm not sure if it's normal behaviour. If I insert the battery , the JTV modeling can't activate immediately, it takes around 10-15 seconds, after this if I listen very carefully there is a soft click from in the guitar and then I can use models by pressing the model knob and the led comes on. Is this normal or for everyone else can you put in the battery and start it immediately. I figure it's charging capacitors or something like that but just thought I'd check if this could turn into a problem.

I added my address a few days ago after the support response said they would send me another compartment but I haven't heard since, has it been shipped. I really want to get my JTV back to working please let me know.

PLEASE HELP JTV-59 Battery Compartment Replacement part

Appreciate anyones help here,I have a JTV-59 which has a damaged Battery compartment . The LED's do not come on and do not power the rest of the circuit. I've checked and none of the soldered connections have failed (i.e the red,black and white wires going to the pcb on the compartment). I suspect it's the pcb board itself.

To confirm it's the battery compartment and not the battery or other circuits I temporarily took out my friends battery compartment and tried with my guitar and my battery and it worked fine.

My problem is I live in the U.A.E, I bought this guitar used a year ago when in the states. It's out of warranty period ( I don't have purchase recieipt and I'm pretty sure it was bought as part of an early batch in 2010).

I don't mind bearing the expense but does anyone know how to contact line 6 and beg them to send me a new battery compartment without having to send back the whole guitar as that would cost me almost as much as the guitar did. It is very easy to plug in a replacement I've already done it several times and I wouldn't hold anyone responsible for the results.

I love this guitar and I have no idea what caused it to fail but luckally I know someone with the same JTV 59 who let me try out his parts and eventually we narrowed it down to the battery compartment.

Please Please Please Help Anyone!!
