Well I only had to wait a few weeks for the UK office to phone me after I submitted a request on the site!

About a week after that the knob was delivered.

(Although you could probably order a pack from the US site now and sell the spare ones on eBay!)

If it's been any longer than that I'd try contacting the UK office again if I were you.

I use mine with a Spider Jam.

I guess I need to know what I can actually do with it, i.e.

1. Can I use it for looping, recording, playing tracks etc.

2. Can it also change tone settings e.g. more/less reverb or just select different presets?

3. What exactly does "Bank up" and "Bank down" mean? How can I select individual presets?

I know there's very limited documentation for this (basically just how to calibrate it) but is there any other info available on how to actually use it?

I just bought a used one, but I can't figure it out.

Even if the answer is no, I'd still really appreciate an answer!

Had a delivery today in a 36x18x24 box. Had no idea what it was until I saw the Line6 logo.

At least there was no way it was going to get damanaged!

Thanks that's good to know.

In the meantime, the UK office got back to me and I have now ordered a knob.

If anyone's interested it cost £1.50 + £3.50 postage + tax = £5.40 ($8.84).

Probably would have been better to wait until you had stock and ordered a pack of 10 for $10 then sold the unwanted ones on eBay, but I'm just glad I'm able to get one

I retried the belgian site and after a few goes it seems to have worked.

I'll update this thread on how I got on.
