Thanks for all your help but this definately doesn't sound the same as the factory patches I had previously, guess its been edited. Apart from anything else there was no mod effects on, sounded very authentic acoustic. I'll try asking elswhere. Thanks again!

Tried saving to computer but nothing doing, even enlisted the missus to try as she isn't a techno-muppet like me but still no joy. The jpeg file never moved/changed/altered in any way.

If I'm honest I didn't expect anyone to send a file, thought whoever would simply list 'bass 6, reverb mid room etc' as that would be easier! Never doubt the power of simplicity!!!

I've previously owned a couple of pod xt's in the past, just got no. 3, an xt live. However whilst it does have the acoustic amp model unlike the previous 2 this doesn't have the piezo acoustic patch as a factory setting. I've tried making it sound like that patch but i just can't get it right. It was one of my favourites before and I'd love to have it back as it was!!!

Could anybody either give me the settings or give me a link to somewhere that has them?

No footpedal attatched so rules that one out.

I did consider reflashing but wasn't sure if that would reset to factory settings and affect my metalshop pack? Would the 'safe reflash' be better?

Pod xt pro: output knob at zero but still hearing volume???

Hi Guys

Just playing through my xt pro this morning and suddenly realised that even with the output knob turned down to zero I'm still hearing signal coming through. Also when I turn the output up (unsurprisingly) the volume increases as it should but comparitively louder than it should be. I know the output level is the only thing that can't be programmed but it's almost like it HAS been programmed too loud and I can't seem to reset it. I've tried changing patches and switching the unit on/off a few times but it's still the same???

I appreciate this isn't a major problem and eveything else seems to be working fine but it seems odd? I this the start of further problems to come?

Can I run a digital metronome through PODxt pro?

I mostly use my PODxt pro for home practice through headphones. I've been trying to puzzle a way of playing my digital metronome through the unit so I can hear the tempo 'beep' as well as the guitar signal. I assumed I could plug in the metronome using the appropriate cable to the red and white s/pdif connections on the back but I still couldn't hear any 'beep' so now scratching my head wondering is it possible at all? Or am I already correct using the red and white sockets but there's a volume/on-off level relevant to these that I haven't discovered yet? Any help would be grateful!!!????

I'm wanting to return an order (metal shop pack for pod xt pro). I get so far then get an error message 8211 appears. Whats this mean and how do I carry on with the return? I only have a few days left to return it so clock is ticking...
