Can I open a service ticket and get repairs/replacement with out the orginal receipt? I bought it off ebay and can't seam to locate it.

If I pick a string really hard the audio LEDs light up and I get audio for a few seconds then it just cuts out. I don't think its the cable from the transmitter to the guitar because if I play a fast riff I can get audio for almost ten seconds. When I stop and hold the last note it cuts out. Also if I wiggle the cable it has no effect on when or if the audio cuts out. When I've had cords fail in the past wiggling the cable at the connections often allows the problem to be located. I've also tried my other guitars and get the same problems so its not the guitars input jack either.

Just seams odd that it went from working perfectly to cutting out over night.

It just seams like the singnal needs to be above a certian db for it to be processed by the reciever.

I've had my G90 for a couple months, it has maybe ten hours on it. A couple of days ago the audio started cutting out when I turned it on. The RF LEDs are all green and do not drop out it is just the audio that cuts out. I've been through the trouble shooting section and have had no luck. I've tried every channel with the transmitter locked, high/low power, every antenna, changed the batteries, changed power source, shut off my wifi, took it out of my rack, and replaced output cable to my pre amp. When I use a cable and plug directly into my pre amp, I have no problems so it is definitly the G90 that is the problem.

Kind of disapointing to have a $600 boat anchor in my rack with limited use...
