There is a very slight dent on the right side of the board, but I took it apart and nothing seems to have been damaged internally (But I'm not ruling that out). The prongs at the end of the power supply were also bent in shipping. I replaced the prongs. I go to power up the board, the screens flash different colors for awhile, then stay on as green, blue, blue, and green. This unit has never been updated with new firmware.
