Upgrading POD Farm VST

Hello Everyone:

I currently own POD Farm platinum version 1.11.0 which was purchased back in 2009. I use it all the time and like it but now I see that line 6 has upgraded and come out with more amp modeling and my guess is that the sound quality is better in the newer version 2.5. I didn't see any upgrade options for previosu Pod Farm users to save on the cost. Does anyone know if you can upgrade from an older version to the new version at a cost savings?

Well that really sucks! I wish they would be more clear on their website about that. I dodn't remember seeign that anywhere and I even watched the videos.

I figured out how to use Podfarm as a VST, but how do I use it as a stand alone unit? I can't seem to find the program on my HD. I do see the .dll vst file but thats it

Thank you for the help. I got one more stupid question.

I got it to work as a VSTplug in but how do I get it to work as a stand alone unit. Do I need to download something else? I am using the tril 15 platium package to see if I like it and upgrade from my POD 2.0 stand alnoe unit to podfarm

Can't get the trial to work

Hello,

I downloaded the free 15 day trial of the pod farm platium onto my i-lock. I went to the i-lock site and sync my i-loc and the license did download and it shows in my i-lock menu. When I open Cubase 5 and try to insert the pod farm as an isert on to my guitar track, I can't seem to find the program. I even tried to use it as an VSt instryment but that does not work either.

Is there something else I need to download or do on the i-lock site to ge tthis to work? Can't seem to find the program on my computer anywhere.
