StageScape M20d recording quality?

I couldn't find a forum for this, but since I'll most likely get it with some speakers figured this is as good a place as any!

I can't find anything in the specs on the multi-track recording quality of this device. It's 16 tracks at once and all effects are bypassed?

What's the bit-rate and sample-rate?

Could this be used for field recording and basic multi-track recording, similar to a Zoom R24 in addition to its main purpose as a stage mixer?

Just heard one of these in a store, sounds amazing!

I can't find any specs on whether it provides phantom power for the mics though.

RIght and that's what I've been asking about. My question was since I just bought the kb37 could I cross-grade to the iLok version and be able to buy it for the upgrade price.

Thanks but the question/idea here is I just bought the KB37, for my purposes it would be best to add the Platinum version to my iLok so I can take it to and from my professional studio setup and my remote setup (which uses the KB37). So I want to make sure I qualify for the upgrade before getting the iLok version, or are you going to make me pay full price for one tied to an iLok?

So that's the question. I just bought a KB37 and would prefer to have the iLok version of Pod Farm. I was going to upgrade to the Platinum or premium version, so figured I could just order the iLok version, but I want to make sure this is going to work out before I do it! I haven't even installed the KB37 yet (though it is registered online).
