hello, thank you very much for the reply, from one moment to another stopped working right arrow and down arrow, is very strange because I always used to podHD Edit, here in chile store that supports and is audiomusica apparently I have no warranty, and give a very high price just because of me that problem is.

I am disappointed because I have several items Line6, but the support given to my country. Please if anyone can help me solve my problem as the pod is my tool.

Hello I'm from chile and I bought a pod in audiomusica HD500 here in Santiago, Chile, from one moment to another stopped working and the right arrow below the navigation pad, call a service technician to check and I charge a ridiculous price just because tell me what you have, which I find unusual. There is another method to calibrate the expression pedal to not work because I can not get that arrow to calibrate the expression pedal, and I need it urgently please help.

Hola soy de chile y me compre un pod HD500 en audiomusica aca en santiago de chile, de un momento a otro dejo de funcionar la flecha derecha y abajo del pad de navegacion, llame para ver un servicio tecnico y me cobran un precio ridiculo solo por decirme que es lo que tiene, lo cual lo encuentro insolito. Existe otro metodo para calibrar el pedal de expresion ya que al no funcionar esa flecha no puedo acceder a calibrar el pedal de expresion, y lo necesito con urgencia por favor ayuda.

Hola Daniel, pude Resetear el sistema, pero he tenido demasiados problemas sobre todo al usar el Pod hd Edit, a veces se me cuelga y me envia un sonido horroroso y tengo que apagar y reiniciar el pc, me ha sucedido a menudo, y todo lo atribuyo a la actualizacion del firmware 1.4 y su incompatibilidad en ciertas cosas con el pod hd Edit, estoy seguro de esto ya que antes de actualizarlo nunca tuve ese inconveniente.

Hola tengo un pod hd 500, tengo todo actualizado, line6 monkey, firmware 1,4, y averigue que se puede resetear el sistema manteniendo la flecha izquierda del pad de navegacion al momento de encender el pod, pero lo he intentado muchas veces y no funciona, intente reinstalar el firmware y tampoco no me aparece nada de resetear. Necesito hacer esto porque tengo algunos problemas con unos patch y creo que esto es la solucion, porfavor estaria agradecido si me pueden ayudar.

Hi, I recently purchased the 500 hd pod, so good until I found a small problem when used as audio interface.

I use the software cubase 5, the problem is that I greatly increase the low audio ingeneral, use the same headphones into the soundcard of the PC and the volume is heard more moderate and less low, but using the increase pod low enough,hopefully I can help, I have updated drivers pod.
