Hi guys, I'd like to make my preset on HD500 and a JTV59 connected with VDI cable....but if I choose tone lock in the mixer section of the HD500 edit sftw it doesn't lock anything!!!

Also I'd like to lock the tone and the toggle pick switch and leave the volume free to use but I can't!! There's no option to made this, and if I accidentally move the toggle switch my forced model change!! This way is unusable live?!?!?!? Maybe am I wrong or what?!?!

The variax functions that You write about is only available with the new fw ver of your variax......I've downgrade too for best acoustic sounds but this way you will loose new functions....so you have to make a decision...

Bug on HD 500 edit sfw and JTV

Hi guys, I've found a bug using the edit sw....if You use the tuner on the pedalboard when you came back to preset for editing all Variax setting are 'gray' and not choosable....you have force to close and reopen the edit sw....I've tried a lot of time and everytime same problem.....

I've one JTV 59 with 1.71 fw version, last sw edit version and last HD 500 fw version...

No acoutic Amps.....no true separate XLR out....no edit sw improovment.

Today I've found that one UNDO button in edit sftw may result very useful.....also a compare one too....

I've notice that also if I have only one amp in path A and nothing in B and no bloc before split and after the mix the sound hard panned left or right is 'half'....when I come back to center the sound is 'normal'....

Reading the meambobbo guide and see the routing figure I understand that the amp block and also mono fx have the out in stereo and splitted L/R as seen in the pics. The mixer in1 and in2 are stereo IN so if I hard pan to L or R I will lose half of my signal and this is exactly what I hear.

I think that all operations described above are not possible with no signal and sound less...

Hope to be in mistake but I've tried all day and the result is as I said. Please let me know if I'm worng....

PS. my goal is to have two separate channel in the PA system one for acoustic and one for electric (for separate EQ settings) and never at the same time, but I'd like to have the sound exactly as I hear when pan is Center.
