It's a bit incredible, but my amp is currently in the technic support office of Casa Musical Nunez (or Import Music store.. is the same store) ... for almost 5 months ... and they said they have waited long enough for the replacement, and which unfortunately does not reach them .. for that reason I'm trying to get it personally.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is there any way to do track my order placed through Casa Musical Nunez store?... because they told me they had no response to the request and for that reason have not received it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is there anything I can do to help to get the parts in the shortest time possible?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;Thank you very much&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:6a03491a-cbea-4b93-99b5-dc5514ce07bb] --&gt;</description>

Unfortunately the bill of purchase and I have not, and the amplifier was used, on the other hand, I bought the amp with my personal data to Daddy's Music Shop in Portsmouth NH, but I tried to contact them to get a copy receipt by mail, but I just found out that the place has closed.
