DT50 Typology 1 Issue

I think I'm starting to like this amp, but on the fender setting, it has this weird, parked wah sound on it. None of the others have this issue. Any tips?

Broken battery prong in guitar

Sooooo...... I finally am able to get my JTV-59 to work correctly today. My battery needs charged, so when it's done I put it in and nothing happens. I do this several times until I see the prong inside the guitar has went down and back into the guitar and that's why nothing happened.

I'm really getting sick of having a guitar I can't use. Where do I send stuff for warranty work? Now it's even longer until I get what I paid for.

Talk about bummed.......

It must not have worked the first time, because now the models are full of life and sound amazing....not to mention fixing the volume differences. Thanks for having me try again. It sounds great.

I did that before adjusting the strings. It didn't help either apparently.

Is that really normal? That seems extreme.

I forgot to mention it's a JTV-59 and I got it today.

Normal pickups are fine. I turn on the models and the e, d and e are loud and full and the a, g and b are barely audible. Do I have a broken instrument or is it an easy fix?
