None of the others have this issue. Any tips?

Broken battery prong in guitar

I finally am able to get my JTV-59 to work correctly today. My battery needs charged, so when it's done I put it in and nothing happens. I do this several times until I see the prong inside the guitar has went down and back into the guitar and that's why nothing happened.

I'm really getting sick of having a guitar I can't use. Where do I send stuff for warranty work? Now it's even longer until I get what I paid for.

Talk about bummed.......
