That's what I thought but it doesn't redirect the audio to the selected device. You always get it only through the Pod and not the computer speakers regardless of the device selected.

That's not right. The ITunes audio still comes out of my computer speakers. Besides then why do you have the settings of selecting the playback device in pod farm?

Lots of musicians have dedicated high end sound cards and switching wires each time you want to use your pod makes no sense.

This makes no sense. Why would you need to direct output to the Pod for eliminating latency? Latency is introduced when converting analog to digital, mainly because of sampling. The other way is easy. If what you said was true you couldn't record anything real time as the recorded sound goes directly to your DAW and not back to the Pod.

Hi,

I can't have the sound come out of my computer speakers instead of the pod audio jack. I set my computer's audio card as default in Pod Farm -> Preferences but still get sound only through the Pod GX. When I click "Test" in the device panel it works but not when I play my guitar. The driver and Pod Farm are up to the latest version as of 22 Sep 2009. My system specs follow:

- Windows Vista 32 + SP2

- Pod GX

I need this function for playing with backing tracks.
