I'm using the Balanced left and right outputs to my amps so both xlr's are free. When setting my sounds (heavy power chords to acoustic) I listen to the headphones and then the amps to make sure the sound is similar.

Help!!!! I need to play at very low volume.

Hey guys,

I am playing a musical for a small college in Minneapolis. The band will be in the pit and it is imparative that we really have a grip on out stage volume. I practice at home at a decent level but I am a little lower at rehearsal. For my amps I am using a Tech 21 10 watter and a Behringer hot spot powered thing. Beleive it or not, the Behringer sound a little better that the Tech 21. I understand that volume has a lot to do with the way we hear but I am just looking for some basic tips to get a large sound at a very low level. BTW, I love the HD500 with my Variax 300. I put an Eden neck on that guitar and it really changed the feel quite a bit.

Be carful with the USB port on the unit. The plastic, which I'm sure is not Line6's fault, is brittle and breaks easy. It's just made out of cheap plastic. I just exchanged mine today for a new one.

Carvin Powered Monitor- PM12A

Has anyone used a set up like this or something similar. Basically, the powered monitor is pointed tword you and then a line out from the POD goes to the PA. What's even better is these little monitors have a little mixer and EQ built right in. Please share your thoughts.

What a pain...at first I thought it was a different USB port and checked the threads to see if I could find something out. I have had my POD less than 2 weeks and it certainly has had no abuse whatsoever and only about 5 hours of total usage. I have a musical I am preparing for and I simply don't have time for this. Since I'm complaining, I am not happy with the Edit software....due to its limited functionality, it is quite clear that is was not ready for release. The sounds however, are very good.
