For when a sale or discount on Pod Farm 2.5 Platinum?

Hey Line 6 for when a sale or discount on Pod Farm Platinum?

Instead of doing sales and discounts for millionaires like the ones in progress in your site, what do you think of doing it for pod farm 2.5 Platinum for example.

Companies like Fxpansion for example made a whole December month black friday and some of their products got a 60% discount, they got my money straight way for the DCAM synths, maybe a good example to folow Line 6.

I admit that saving 500$ in a +2000$ buy its a very good deal but not all of us have that money or need that configuration, so small buyers should have acces to sales as well.

In my specific case I have the normal pod farm 1 and since more than a year that i wait for a discount on the Pod Farm 2.5 Platinum, I will not not give 300$ for it and I will wait for the sale, if it never arrives i will continue with the first one.

I've started to program the guitar sounds of all the tracks with another plug in, i have no choice, i can't wait.

No line 6 interface, no podfarm 2.5 installed (i was about to buy it when it came out but after read the forums here I abandoned the idea because there was loads of people complaining abou all the problems with it, so i didnt installed the demo)

pod farm 1.12 with ilok plugged and tested with my mbox pro2 and with the MBP soundcard, the Mbox unplugged and noting else is plugged to the MBP beside the power plug.

the support profile was allready done before i post when i tried to contact line 6 directly for support.

my client will wait till next tuesday max. hope you guys can help me with this, i'm in big s*** if i dont get them the tracks by tuesday.

what do you meen by deposit? i've transfered the license in the ilok soon after i got it from line 6 in 2009 and use the plug in daily since then with diferent systems with zero problems.

No midi, the system is a clean install and the session only has an audio track with no midi in, only thing pluged in the MBP the ilok with the license.

The promo was september 2009 i think, and in the ilok website says it expires - Never.

After making a tour in the line 6 forum found that other people had the same problem mostly in 2009. No solution for the problem they only got the answer of getting a ticket.

Hi,

So 2 days ago when i was working on a track sudenly all the guitar tones i had programed started to sound diferent, and when i open my pod farm instance, my amp model and pedals have changed to some other model with no reason, so i just closed the session and re-opened and all my settings are ok but when i press play the same thing happens. So I've created a new clean session and opened pod farm and made a guitar chain and when i choose an amp model or pedal a diferent one comes up in the chain, so impossible to work, i had pod farm working perfectly since long time with no problem till this week.

So I've decided to clean install pod farm, clean the RTAS, AU and VST, the preferences and app folder, re-install restart repair disk permissions, restart and open a clean session and do the same test as above and the same thing happen.

I had a back up copy from last April when i made a clean install and pod farm was working good, and just re-install my system from it and guess what? same test same s****.

The standalone works on this problem doenst show up.

Maybe a problem with the licence?

So now there is a big problem, i have a comand of 30 TV tracks that i need to export till friday to my client and 80% of it has pod farm in it! Big money is envolved here, i know that i didnt pay for this, i got it from a promo you guys made, but there is people that paid and even if i got it for free i relly on a company like line 6 to solve some big like this in their up-dates, and is not the only line 6 product that i own.

Looked around the forums and the web for solutions and nothing shows up.

wow, i was about to upgrade from pod farm 1 to 2 platinum and im keeping my $, this is too scary, i can't make my clients wait knowing i use pod farm for all my guitar sounds. The worst of all is that line 6 don't show up to keep their clients up to date of their work to fix this BIG problem.
