      <title>Is my POD Studio UX2 broken? What can I do with it?</title>

I bought it about 2-3 years ago from Musician's Friend and I have been using it frequently since then. Just a couple of days ago, it stopped working for me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-When I plug it in to my computer, the lights on the front don't come on like they're supposed to.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-My computer knows that it's there, but the device is listed as "Unknown."&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-My computer attempts to find the necessary drivers and install the hardware, but inevitably fails.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-I have tried reinstalling the software several times on different computers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-I have tried pluging it into different computers and tested all the USB ports with different devices, but to no avail.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;All things considered, it seems that the issue is originating from the hardware itself.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here are my questions:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Have I done everything possible to see if I can fix the problem myself?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If there's nothing I can do to fix it, is there someone else that can?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is there somewhere I can take it or send it into to have it repaired?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Or am I going to be forced to spend $200 on another one?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'd really apprectiate some support here.       <title>UX2 Help?!</title>

Just yesterday, it was working fine. Sounded great, no problems. I go to use it today, and it's not working. It connects to my computer fine, it connects to POD Farm fine, but when I plug my guitar into it, it doesn't make a sound. The meters aren't doing anything, and nothings coming out of my monitor. It's not the computers fault, my cables work, so I know the problem is the hardware itself, or at least just the guitar input. I haven't dropped it, bumped it, scratched it, or done anything to it that could have damaged it. I've been using it actively and all of a sudden it just stops working. I spent $200 on this thing and have had it for less than a month, so I'd just like to know, &lt;strong&gt;what the hell?!&lt;/strong&gt; I've always liked Line 6's products, but in this case, I feel like I've really wasted my money.
