1) depending on your rack-setup you could either connect the TS-Jack ("output") of the G90 with your line-input or try connecting the XLR-output of the G90 with a XLR-to TS quasi-symmetrical connection for better common mode rejection.

In short: use a shielded 2-channel cable and connect XLR-1 to cable shield, XLR-2 to TS-Tip via channel 1 and XLR-3 to TS-sleeve via channel 2. Dont connect shield to TS-jack.

As your G90 is no passive signal, you may use front or rear input as you like and adapt with input gain.

2) & 3) correct.

The best monitoring system i can figure out, but cant buy, wold make the following posible:

We have a 18-aux-channel stage mixer, so everyone gets its own monitor mix. But i also want to know what the audience hears and so the current solution is that everyone has his mix on the left ear and the PA-Master on the right. The balance pot on the hippack lets you fade betwen those extrema. But its not perfect. Perfect would be a sender (none ever produced as far as i know) that has a L, R and Aux input and transmits all three channels. The receiver should now allow you to fade between L/R <-> L+A/R+A <-> A/A.

Sounds great? Please, make it so!

BTW: A combo with another channel in the other way would me allow to play my bass and have just one Hippack ;-)

G90: Please allow inverting of display

In my G90s setup, i can choose between different background colors… quite a cool feature;-)

But could you add (should be very easy to code that…) another menu item to just invert foreground/background?

And… is it coded on socketed eprom (didnt open it yet), so that it would be possible to just get an updated system by replacing a chip?
