      <title>error message 523 when registering</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:99ba397b-30ad-4c72-9c9e-b9227ac9f0f9] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Trying to register a HD500 but keep getting error message 523 &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have looked at the forums and it appears its a problem typing in the serial number ,mistaking zeros for the letter O &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As my serial number has numerous O or 0 i have tried every permutation possible and still no joy&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have also tried to register using my smart phone over 3G connection ,i then get error 525&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:99ba397b-30ad-4c72-9c9e-b9227ac9f0f9] --&gt;</description>
