DL4 Bank C problem

I've had this issue since day 1 and just left it alone. I don't use the modeler or anything else other than delay features, mostly analog, digital and tape echo. I have

Bank A and C preset to what I need and whenever I try to use Bank C, the volume drops a bit. Saving the settings is fine, it's just that the volume drops. Not a lot

but certainly enough for me to notice in comparison to A and B.

Any ideas? Should I try to reset factory settings?

Resetting the Pod Pro, problems

I know you have to hold down the arrow keys while powering on but the settings i created are still there. While resetting what should the display show? What mine currently

So there is no bypass for any of the drive/overdrive & cab options??? I've had my POD Pro for so long and never used it because I can't figure out the damn thing...even
