Hooray!!! It only took nearly 2 years for this stupid bug to be fixed, long enough for 2 of my line 6 devices to reach the end of their manufacture life. Great job guys, I'll never buy a line 6 product again.

I'd do it the other way round for safety reasons. Having that master volume knob maxed out will mean that if your computer output levels are changed, then you're gonna burst your eardrums when that blasts you. Also, not everything gets routed through the master volume in windows (e.g. recording software via ASIO).

Your UX2 is a soundcard, it will play back all windows sounds; not just POD Farm - keep that in mind; you don't want to have to adjust each program e.g. window media player, itunes, pod farm to control the general output level. I have the output set in pod farm to 0dB. I then adjust the output on the device to a reasonable listening volume.

John-t2 is getting exactly the same issue that I'm getting and several others. We've created threads, support tickets, made a video, explained the issue to every support person at Line 6, got you all to recreate the issues and still, nothing has been done. This has been going on for close to a year now; come on guys, lift the phone and shout at someone and tell them to do their damn job.

I'm over this substandard software and farce of a support team. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in this company. I've reported problems for months, opened support tickets and they keep closing them accepting there is an issue but are unable to do anything.

I'll not be buying Line 6 ever again.

But you seem to just want to duplicate all sound to multiple speakers just for general use outside of a recording environment. Replicating the same sound on different speakers at different positions may give you undesirable effects.

If you're certain this is what you want to do, you can buy a line level splitter box for each of the outs 1 & 2 and route them off to the speakers.

But if you just want a louder sound, just buy louder speakers.

That's not the only condition that causes this problem. Unselect any of your MIDI controllers and the same thing happens. I've been whining about this for about 9 months now, I've all but given up.

The FBV floorboard causes this bug; it's in the link I sent in the support ticket. It's hardly intermittent when your own hardware causes the problem. It's a reproducible bug that cripples the POD Farm software; I reckon it's a pretty big deal.

Also, I’m not happy with how there appears to be a big disconnect between support and the dev team. This issue was logged as a bug 8 months ago and nothing was done, are your dev team just free to ignore customer complaints?

Also, there's other people posting about this issue. Why is this being treated like it's something new? I see a user 'vries' has been posting several times about this issue and he's been given the run around too. Maybe put a sticky forum post and collect together all the outstanding/known issues together so we can cut down on all this duplication.

Go to the link I provided (http://line6.com/support/message/299746#299746#299746), scroll down a bit and I've embeded a video of the error. In the next post Line6Miller says that he has reproduced it and that a bug has been raised - that was in December last year.

I'm pulling my hair out with this stupid bug, please get the guys to sort it out.

And just to confirm, I have the latest version of everything.
