I want to play along to youtube vidoes etc. I could do this through the pod HD500 but it also could act as a sound card and pass audio through the usb cable. Is there any way to accomplish this with the pocket pod?

Thanks for any advice.

I'm usually sitting down when I'm playing and it's nealy impossible to exert enough force to make that toe switch engage in the seated position. Typically I have my laptop sitting in front of me and could easily just use the Edit software to switch back and forth from volume to wah pedal.

Any thoughts?

tcb

I replaced the power adapter and it cleared the hum right up. I didn't realize but the old power adapter was actually a 2 pin, figure of 8 type (no grounding) and 90 watts. So I switched to one that was a 3 prong, clover leaf type and rated at 65 watts. Once I did that everything was quiet! I actually think that the 3 prong 65 watt power adapter was the original type that came with this laptop. Somewhere along the line I switched power supplies and got that old 2 prong one. Anyway, I'm a happy camper now.

Thanks to all you guys for your advice and suggestions.

tcb

It didn't work for me. I'm not sure if this plug solution is basically the same thing as trying one of these 2 pin power supplies, but thought I would mention it anyway.
