the only thing i can offer, short of a fault with the pod, is a faulty cable. is the output ok through headphones? since there are a few ways to configure the connection, it would be helpful to know which configuration you chose.

when i read in the forum about this problem, it usually relates to the service center where the board was replaced. in that, an identity chip from the old board was not installed on your new board. you should open a support ticket from the link on your account page

JUMPER ACROSS THE SWITCH. ADD AN INLINE SWITCH. PROBLEM SOLVED.

MY FORD HAS 230,000 MILES ON IT. BESIDES REGULAR MAINTAINANCE, I REPLACED THE RADIATOR AND ONE O2 SENSOR. AND NOW THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL AXLE SEAL IS SEEPING AND MUST BE REPLACED.
