Yeah, thanks guys. Thats what I feared. I simply cant do this procedure. I´ll battle with software updates till my hair falls out. Gladly I can still change presets on-board with the "jogwheel". But no live work for my HD300 currently...

Hi guys!

My hd300 MODE and PRESET-buttons are off, they wont lit and they wont work. Some guy suggested to do a factory reset... but how exactly with the buttons are offline..??

Would really appreciate to solve this..

How did you exactly do factory reset without buttons working??
