      <title>POD HD Pro Flash memory error 80007211</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:7f1b2316-8ac5-478c-b022-22e10fb0dc0d] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I cannot update the flash memory on my Pod HD pro.&amp;#160; I have re-installed everything from scratch and when I run Line 6 monkey (version 1.51) it says under device firmware Flash memory Unknown.&amp;#160; When I try and update I get the error POD HD Pro undate failed.&amp;#160; (Code 80007211) Firmware update timed out waiting for response from the device.&amp;#160; Try the update again, making sure the cables are still connected.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Help please.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:7f1b2316-8ac5-478c-b022-22e10fb0dc0d] --&gt;</description>
