Sorry Line 6 ... but this problem has not gone away on its own, and I will restate that it is causing massive workflow problems with all of my projects... Can someone from Line 6 please offer some support on this...

Exactly, the only problem is how do I actually get on to support??? They seem to very rarely show up on the forums... They have to sort something for me because the way this license thing is currently going is a shambles.

Any suggerstions how I can get some "support" input in to this???

Unfortunately I need both of them plugged in because .... a) I can't use Pro Tools or PF 2 without the iLok

b) I can't use PF 1 without the KB37 connected

Ok, But as you can see from the screenshot... It seems to be in "read and write" and I still have the trial mode problem.. Is there some conflict between PF 1 (which is tied to my KB37) and PF 2 (which is on my iLok)

Sorry, but what do you mean by "Set it to full control"??....

I think possibly this whole authorization thing may not be the problem, because if it where an autorization issue why would I still be able to use a couple of amp and effect etc??

Anyway, here's a screen shots of my line 6 folders etc... Hopefully you can see something I'm missing. So far I have tried to change a few things that you suggested and de-authorized/re-authorized, and restarted the computer about a million times and still no joy... From left to right - Line 6 Folder Info / Inside the Line 6 Folder / Pod Farm Folder Info / Pod Farm 2 Folder Info

thanks for your help... Inside the Line 6 folder there's a PF 1 and a PF 2 folder ... Under sharing and permissions for all the folder (Line 6, PF & PF 2) it says... "You Can Read Only" So what should I do now??
