I set Pod Farm input to "Line Stereo" and problem solved.

Line inputs on rear panel of UX2 no longer accept audio. I was using a stereo Y adapter to record audio from the heaphone out of a iPad, to the the line inputs of the UX2. Have succesfully recorded iPad audio using this method before. Recently had hard drive replaced.
