variax problem

i have a varix 700 ad after about 2 yeras of use i noticed a sound drop off when playing the low E, i thought it was a piezo problem and i changed it.

Now after 2 month with the new piezo sometimes the low E sound drop off again. The piezo is new, is it possible that the problem is somewhere else? or maybe is an electric problem that brake everytime the piezo on the low E?

please help... or i will burn a variax..

spero qualcuno di voi mi possa aiutare.

ho una variax 700 e dopo circa un anno di utilizzo ho iniziato a notare che il mi basso non suonava bene, suonando la corda molto dolcemente il suono non usciva e grattava.

ho pensato fosse un problema al piezo, l'ho fatto sostituire (dopo attese infinite) e il problema si era risolto.

ora si è ripresentato e il piezo è praticamente nuovo quindi non so più se è lui la causa di questo problema.

qualcuno ha avuto esperienze simili? consigli?

solved, but i don't know how..

unistall driver reinstall, restart,off, on, install, ???

i have a pod hd500 and an imac (i also tried with a lenovo win7 same error). latest driver 7.1.5

L6Monkey v.1.57 says flash memory is unknown, i have successfully updated the pod firmware to 2.02, but for L6Monkey is still unknown.

The problem is when i open pod hd500 edit v2.00, it gives the error (requires version 1.30 or later) so i cant use it.

any suggestion? thanks.

i'm in italy, i asked to the italian reseller who told me that the hd500 will be a revolutionary product for line6 and it will be available at the end of october.

i have the same problem. with the "refresh" solution i get transaction complete but farm 2 is not activated.

do i have to continue trying or maybe i have activated pod farm 1 before the "date" (october 2009?)? how can i know for sure?
