I have the same exact symptoms: &lt;span style="color: #000000; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; background-color: #eef4f9;"&gt;I plug in the power supply to the unit and everything flashes quickly then goes out.&amp;#160; If I hold the dist and mod buttons and plug in the power, the display sequences a 13, 01, 00, then E0. I occasionally get error message E1 and no audio. When &amp;ldquo;01&amp;#8221; appears, disconnect power.
