However, the dealer where I purchased the unit is part of a chain - and the head office IS a service centre. I contacted them and they said if I brought the unit back to where I bought it, they would handle the inter-office shipping and take care of the problem. Perhaps the location where you purchased the X3 is part of a similar chain/association of dealers, where one of them is a service centre?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:c274e55e-b5a2-47de-bc1a-74efe695e1c4] --&gt;</description>

It's a warranty repair and you do NOT need a support ticket.
