If so, then you may want to temporarily disable that and then go directly to our software downloads page and update the drivers manually.

  http://line6.com/software/

Once you've done this, go to your device manager and see if the drivers installed under Sounds Videos and Game Controllers.

  Line6Miller

Line 6 Monkey/PODxt Live 'forgets' driver update

Hello,

i recently got a podxt live and i have used it's usb to computer capabilities with the recording program Audacity. When i first plugged in the podxt live to the computer, i installed line 6 monkey, registered, and got the updates; i can't remember what driver i updated to, but i'm pretty sure it was a later version than 3.3.3.6; which is what line 6 monkey, after using it again with the computer a few weeks later, tells me is my latest driver. Regardless, i installed the latest version 3.4.3.8, and it asked me to remove the usb connection so the updates would run more smoothly so i complied. However, when it came to plugging it back up again, the computer told me that a new usb hardware had been plugged in, which was odd, as i had got it recognised before. So it installed it again to be a recognised usb device. I thought little of it, but when i went to use Audacity, the program wouldn't pick up the podxt live. I opened line 6 monkey again, and it told me i had i was on 3.3.3.6 and that i should install 3.4.3.8, even though i had installed it minutes ago. I did the whole process again but to no avail. It's really quite frustrating; can anyone help?

    Thanks
