Unfortunately, there is no way to load custom tones from other models into a Spider Jam.

Adding backing tracks is easy using an SD card and you can set the Spider Jam to save custom tones along with backing tracks so that you always have the 'right tone' for the track.

I have a Spider Jam 3 that i bought last year, i also just purchased a fbv shortboard MK II. I see a away to create and load custom tones for the spider IV series (here http://line6.com/customtone/spideriv.html). Is it the same process for the spider 3's?
