I would be willing to bet money that more of these cases turn up, I fully expect to have to return my repaired unit again.       <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:bf0d0e6c-b27b-4d23-846e-913ed813779f] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hi&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm sorry you've experienced this.&amp;#160; I don't work for Line 6, but can say that they do monitor these forums and that being the case they will be aware of what appears so far to be a relatively small number of units which appear to have this problem.&amp;#160; The US offices have been closed since Thursday last wek for the Thanksgiving holiday break, so it's unlikely you'll get a response to this thread until they re-open tomorrow.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I don't know what the cause of your unit's failure is, and I don't know what the solution is.&amp;#160; It will be repairable certainly by a Line 6 Authorised Repair Centre or Line 6 themselves.&amp;#160; It may not be user fixable.&amp;#160; I would strongly suspect that Line 6 might want to have your specific unit back to find out exactly what the problem and cause might be.&amp;#160; You are covered by a 12 month warranty anyway, and Line 6 aren't the type of company to leave a customer high and dry.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If your dealer is local and will swap the unit for you, that's probably your quickest route to getting back up and running.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What will probably happen as soon as Line 6 Tech Support see this thread is that you will be sent a Support Ticket by PM which will give you access to one on one support from a Line 6 Support Technician to help you resolve the issue.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Best regards&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Nick &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:bf0d0e6c-b27b-4d23-846e-913ed813779f] --&gt;</description>

It's the same thing that has happened to me and a few others. As far as I've been told by someone who has been in touch with Line 6, there isn't a fix and the unit will have to be returned for repair.
