My problem was actually very simple to resolve.. It seems that the little tray icon that was installed along side of the drivers for my M-Audio Fast Track Pro was the entire problem. The reason being that it was programmed to keep programs from directly accessing the device. Sort of a middle man. I removed it from startup, removed ASIO4ALL, rebooted, and problem solved. I thought I had tried this but apparently I did not.

That being said I no longer need assistance. Thanks.

I originally contacted Sonoma on Sat, Jan 22, 2011 at 2:54 PM. They just got back to me yesterday and I provided additional details as well as log files they requested. I will try to work with Sonoma first and let you know how I make out. For security purposes I have removed any personally identifiable information but I have attached the email thread between Sonoma support and myself up to this point. When I get more information I will let you know. Thanks for your reply.

I am in talks right now with Sonoma about support. An engineer is supposed to reach out to me Monday. We will see what happens. I will update the thread if I find an answer.
